Hi there I've just a few hrs ago gone through the upgrade options and after selecting the phone I got a message and this number NC[Removed]

 

I am on a sim monthly contract I was trying to upgrade to a handset but I can't get past the number or code I'm presented with can anybody spread some light on what Is actually happening? Because upon applying for 02 sim I asked if can upgrade to a device I was told after couple months payments but I'm sort of confused with how I do this

I also applied on affordable mobiles for a upgrade I was told I'm eligible for an upgrade but I'm one of the 02 customers in limbo with 02 new system I haven't been refused a upgrade with affordable mobiles but it's not been pushed through until they have spoken to 02 I really not sure what is happening right now

The problem is going to be that you now have 2 pending upgrades on the same number one direct with o2, and one with Affordable Mobiles, which will have caused the system to have a melt down, and one of the orders will need to be cancelled.. 


So I would call Affordable in the morning, and also as has been advised o2 as well.
