Have been told my 02 contract is finished but am still paying a full bill amount even though I received a letter saying it’s gone down, it also says. Y account is linked to someone else?

You need to cancel properly if your contract has ended

Re the other issue about it being linked, you need to contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
