Hello, was wondering if you can help. I’m almost due an upgrade however my pgone is going extra slow and was wondering if there was anything u could do to help me get a new phone quicker even if we need to add the extra monthly payments to my new phone? If not I’ll try go else where and upgrade quicker with no upfront cost thank you for your help

If you pay off what you owe you can upgrade today.

Even if you go to another network you will still have to pay O2 what you owe them.
