Is there anyway to do an upgrade without the number you are upgrading getting a text?

@Conall

It's not possible as the text is sent as a security feature to prevent someone else upgrading your account fraudulently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you –

See links below

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
