My speaker is damaged on my 8plus so I’ve decided to look for the 13 pro max but as an upgrade or a brand new contract the price diff is a £1 so do we not get any sort of loyalty discount I have 4 lines with you and been a customer over 10yrs

I'm afraid not @Snobby. You are talking about a recently released flagship phone and there will be no discount available on this device. Currently there are hundreds of people waiting for it to come back in stock.
