Hi I have been trying all day to upgrade. Whilst the staff have been very helpful the technical side seems a bit iffy. I have paid off the balance on my phone so it should be straight forward. However I am being told I have got to go to the store. Which is a bit difficult when you are isolating. I feel like calling it quits and going elsewhere.

When did you pay off the balance, as sometimes it can in very rare occasions take a while for the system to update.

What have they told you is the issue?
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Have you tried to upgrade in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 ?

You should be sent a new code when you go through the upgrade process @Glen21
