Hi I'm thinking about to upgrade my plan, I would pay £400 now, get 25% discount on the rest of the plan, and get an iPhone XS max, how much would it be for paying monthly?

Without knowing the total cost of the device and plan, it's impossible to work out. Also depends on whether you are going for 24 month or 36 month plan.

Your best bet is to give customer services a call ...they will give you a breakdown of costs
