Hi Guys

I need a bit of advise / guidance on an upgrade. I've been looking at the process online, however when I select the tariff it presents a "total credit amount" field in the representative example.

This is different as it is only 20 months when normally they are 24 months.

I was just going to ask why it said 20 months in the first example - a website error, surely?

..... and an extra £100 !

@MI5 I think so, but surely since a contract is formed on this basis, it would be valid?

Interesting point. Particularly as the first example appeared cheaper (before the total was shown)....

I'm sure there would be a way for them to wriggle out of it by claiming it was a technical error.

The valid part is the T&C email that you agree to when accepting the contract offer - It would depend what that actually said as that would be what you are agreeing to ultimately.

Sadly the T&C email isn't sent until you accept to join / upgrade, so the only option then is to back out.

@MI5 £25PM handset charge X 4 missing months is the £100 difference.
