Hi
I'm having a nightmare with my upgrade at the minute which now has me put on an 18 month contract that I do not want nor asked for!
I have contacted the live chat team 3 times, first and second times I was assured the problem was sorted, third time I was asked to call the upgrade team. I explained I can't do that as I have 2 young children running about so I cannot sit on the phone and go through this all over again but my comments were ignored.
Is there an email address I can send my complaint/problem to?

It's far better to speak directly on 202 if you can make the time.
