I have today tried to upgrade my phone with refresh, i am happy to pay the fee etc, but i am confused how the iphone 5 is out of stock online instore and over the phone to upgrade customers yet i can have it online as a new customer!!

Is there any reason why o2 dont want to sell this phone to upgrade customers????

There is very limited supply and I wouldn't trust the stock levels shown online either way....

02 do want to sell it but as MI5 says stock is limited.

Perhaps check things out with your local o2 shop As they may have it in.

I thought the iPhone 5 was no longer available and that they were only selling the 5C and 5S?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Me to - I'm sure it said 5s LOL.
As correctly pointed out only refurbished iPhone 5's are available now. All the stock of 5's were handed back when the 5s & 5c were launched.
