So yes. I've been with 02 for exactly 6 months. and all my bills have been paid on time. Via direct debit.  I've spoken to a lady over the phone who said there is no upfront cost on any device for upgrades. Or credit checks.

My question is, can you get the Samsung S21 Ultra on 02 Refresh?

I'm so hyped for my upgrade in 2 days time. woohoo.

You choose..

You can pay more upfront to reduce the monthly device cost.
