I want to upgrade from SIMO to a contract phone, yet, despite finding on the O2 website a offer where you can upgrade after 3 months on SIMO, it still will not let me upgrade to a phone contract. O2 said I need to wait till I've been on the SIMO for 6 months, but this is not what the offer states.
It also states on my app, I can upgrade to a phone between 3 and 6 months, so why am I being told I have to wait till 6 months.
If the offer that states I can upgrade after 3 months isn't applicable, then take it off the site.
