Hi guys, I am in the process of a mortgage going through and want to upgrade my phone. It is overdue but is really slow and definitely need a new phone. Does anybody know if this will go against my credit if it is just an upgrade?

@Leannea

O2 don't credit check on upgrades.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hello @Leannea

Welcome to the o2 community forum.

My view would be not to take any risks with your mortgage however old or decrepit your phone may be😁

Good luck and best wishes
