I've received a SIM card to upgrade but I don't know when to switch as my current package runs until next bill issue in 18 September. Can anyone advise?

Upgrades usually process immediately so you will probably find you have already changed.
Your bills will just continue on the same dates as current.

Mine happened immediately when I took advantage of a sim only offer (half price for 6 months) in January. My original tariff didnt run out for a further 3/52....:smileywink:
