Solved: Unknown number

Just swapped from virgin mobile to 02 and kept my old number,but new SIM says my number is unknown,can anyone help with this please

O2 don't write numbers to sim cards so you have to enter it manually into any apps that need your phone number.

If it's an iPhone it's in Settings >Phone >My Number.

For Android you need to enter number in the message app under RCS or chat settings.
