So my bill has extra charges to Sony for in game charges, these where not made by myself or my children. Anything I buy from PlayStation is from my PlayStation account which I have receipts for and have checked. I would like to know what account or email this Sony account is connected with as it is not one that belongs to me. I have a spend cap on my phone of five pounds so I’m quite shocked to see extra charges in the first place. So I’m presuming I need to contact the police and my bank as this is fraud. Any information you can give me to help with this matter would be much appreciated.

This isn't O2 and we can't access accounts..

You'll need to call customer service or contact So y to see why they are billing O2.
