Unable to use data and call

Hi, I had sytuation when I been on holiday and my direct debt didn't go trough, O2 blocked my tariff data and calls, when i back from holiday i paid full bill with extra charges and still I can't use data and also calls what should i do now?

It usually takes 24 hours for services to be restored. After that make sure you reboot your phone.
If still not working give customer services a call from a landline or other o2 phone http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You do need to call them and ask them to manually reconnect you if the system doesn't do it automatically. Bear in mind the system updates midnight every night.
