Unable to upgrade via Uswitch

I am trying to upgrade my phone via Uswitch as they offer better deals than o2.

When I am transferred from Uswitch to o2 website, the numerous messages pop up telling me I am not able to upgrade because:

- you can’t checkout just yet, you can try editing your basket below

- your upgrade eligibility has expired

- take a look at your upgrade options

When I check my upgrade options I see same phone but monthly payment is £14 more than Uswitch deal.

By choosing new contract I will need to continue paying for my current one as I still have 2 months left while Uswitch offer included discount on early upgrade. Any solution will be much appreciated.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Try using a different browser to see if that helps @Piejysti543 , or clear all cookies and cache using the same.

Could also try using an "in cognito" mode too.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

I'm having exactly the same issue on the same tarriff from u-switch. I have all the same error messages. I've tried multiple browsers on my mobile, clearing cookie and switching over to my laptop and it just won't let me checkout no matter what I do. It's so frustrating!

Try logging out of the Forum first - uSwitch takes me back to the forum, and cached credentials and pages can fix it, @detmr604

Or try launching from uSwitch in incognito-mode, @detmr604 - good luck!

It will take you to the O2 shop pages but the deal will be exactly as it states on USwitch

Once it goes through you will need to contact O2 to migrate your number to the new contract

This will cancel your present contract and you will find your first bill will likely to be less due to the tariff difference credit
