Unable to receive texts after a handset change

I have just changed from a Huawei P20 to a Samsung galaxy S20 and received a new sim from O2. Everything works OK but I can't receive texts. I can send them though.
I've checked the message centre number and it's correct. I can't get help in the app because they send you a text to get started which I can't receive!
Can anyone help please?

When you swap sims or use a new one, occasionally the text set up is the last to update.

Keep rebooting your phone. Have a look at this guide as well.
