Unae to receive calls. Goes straight to voicemail (or so I'm told). I can send/receive messages and make calls, but I can't receive them. The issue started happening two days ago.

Have you rebooted your phone, @UserAF? You should be able to go into SIM and Networks and see the O2 service available afterwards.

If you have a phone that is capable of WiFi calling, it could be that you need to set the phone preferences to Mobile-preferred, then WiFi, to prevent your phone from trying to use WiFi Calling when a strong mobile signal is available.

If you need more support, O2's Social Media Team are available, detail in the link just below this post, to help check out your account if required. Good luck!

@UserAF

Dial ##002# and press call which will cancel the divert to voicemail.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
