Whenever I try to download my airtime bill from the O2 website - I get the following error:

EBPP_1506: We're sorry, we are unable to display your bill as a PDF in this browser, please try using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Chrome as your browser

..but I am using the latest version of Chrome. Also - I just want to download it, I don't need to view it. It's been like this for months. Any fix before I leave O2 as a result?

Hi @parkview094

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Best of luck. They may have to reset your My O2.
