URGENT: Change my bill / tariff

Dear O2 team, I did not realise my bill had gone up from £15 to £31.42. 

 

I want to change my tariff before my next bill. However, online it says "unfortunately we can't change your tariff right now". 

 

Also, on the 4th of January I was billed £31.42, but online it says my next bill is on the 21st of January (nine days from now), would you mind explaining why this is? 

 

Please let me know what my options are.

This is a customer to customer Forum, @M12345, not O2. 

You’ll be able to check your bill detail in the MyO2 app or via browser - we have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use MyO2:

Failing that, your only option is to call the Payment management team on 0800 902 0217 - they should be able to help. Good luck!
