Hi all,
I've been attempting to transfer my old mobile number to my new phone. I recently went from Pay as you Go to Pay Monthly, and the Pay Monthly sim has a new number — I'd like to transfer my old number over.
Unfortunately, assistance in the shop was fairly poor by saying it had transferred. Using the online form throw sup an error saying the form has crashed. And using a chatbot, well that's as useful as any chatbot.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated so I can begin using the contract I'm now paying for.
