I recently placed an order for an Apple Watch which went through smoothly until it was out of stock and had to cancel this. Ever since, I’ve been trying to place a new one after I enter all my details and card payments for a credit check it says “oops something went wrong” even on the phone if I call up it keeps doing this when I try for them to do it? Can anyone explain why?

@Alex1999

Have you tried a different browser or tried through the app?

Customer service should be able to process an order over the phone for you anyway.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hello, yes I’ve tried all. On the phone they don’t give me any reasons for why this is happening too
