Trial International Caller Bolt On For Pay Monthly

I have been included in a trial for the International Caller Bolt On For Pay monthly customers (Reduced Rate International Calls). The Bolt On was remotely added to my account on the 27/11/17 and I equally received a text notification. The Bolt On is also reflected in my account on My O2. I tried using it once but was charged heavily and I had to call Customer Service for a refund. Does anyone know how this works?

We have been told that after a few days your bill will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new trial rates.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

We've been told, can't find the post atm, that you are charged standard rate which is automatically reduced by the system the next day so apparently no need to call them.

Ive been chosen too but I won't be using it until the beta trial finishes and we are charged correctly.
