Travelling to Thailand, do I need to add any bolt ons or change anything, thank you any advice will be helpful.

No nothing needed and there is no international bolt on as such

Just ensure you have O2 Travel as a bolt on in My O2

It is expensive to use your phone there

I always find it better to buy a local sim in the 7-11 stores and use Whatsapp over wifi or the local sim
