Hi, I have travel inclusive as my extra on my account. I'm travelling to Mexico in 3 weeks and apparently that is an applicable country. Can anyone confirm that this all works OK, do I need to activate it? Can I phone home on my minute? Accept calls free?
Just don't want a massive bill on my return.
Thanks guys.
Adam

If you have the Travel Inclusive bolt on then Mexico is included in that
Check here Guide: Roaming MegaGuide and here https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad
Enjoy your holiday.

According to this, https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/using-your-phone-abroad, if you have a Plus Plan, with O2 Travel Inclusive showing on your account, you should be good to go.
There is, for customers of both VM and O2, a Volt variant that comes to you if you are registered for Volt (14 days before you go min):
All the gotchas in case you need them are here: Guide: Roaming MegaGuide and the Volt stuff here: Volt Megaguide
If in the new billing system, 360, your welcome SMS when you land in Mexico should confirm your status.
If you are PAYG, sorry, no benefits without a PerDiem bolt-on.
If you are iPhone, make sure iData is enabled before you go (O2 call needed). Other APN settings for both common Smartphone Families here:
As @Cleoriff mentioned above (as I found out after typing my answer in!): Enjoy your holiday, @Adam1968uk.

@Adam1968uk Bear in mind that O2 throttles their data roaming speed down to 500 kbps, so you'll be lucky if you can check your email. Use WiFi as much as possible but if using public WiFi be sure to use a VPN.
