Travel Inclusive Bolt On problems

Hello, I hope someone can help me.

I upgraded my phone and changed my tariff 6 months ago. I have upgraded to a 100gb per month tariff.

On my old tariff I travelled to the USA using the Travel Inclusive Bolt on. I was not charged to use this, I was able to use my phone like I do in the UK.

Looking at my new tariff I only have the travel bolt on, which now charges me £4.99 per day when I use my phone in the US.

I want to add on the Travel Inclusive Bolt on, (So I am not charged 4.99 per day) but every time I contact O2 they just keep telling me that I have a travel bolt on and I will be charged 4.99 per day.

Am I going mad? Does this bolt on even exist anymore?

Please help, I am going around in circles with O2. Thank You

@Donnalou36

Travel inclusive is now only available with plus tariffs.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
