Transferring numbers over to 02

What is happening at 02? I put in my request to transfer my number over from Giffgaff on 3/1/22 and it still hasn't happened so now I am paying for two SIM contracts! They say it takes two working days......

It obviously hasn't been actioned

I would advise calling

or we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

giffgaff don't do contracts so you can't have two........
