So I am moving from EE to o2 and taking my old number with me. Sent o2 the PAC code from EE when I bought my new sim.

Simple enough, but on my port date (10th December) nothing happened. Restarted my phone multiple times. Then this morning (11th December) I see that somehow, both sim cards have my old number. So my number is on both o2 and EE, and calling and texting from both seems to work? I have no idea whats going on or why my EE sim hasnt disconnected yet and it is impossible to talk to a real human in customer service. Can anyone help me out?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Also had the same issue however trying to get my number from Voxi.

Tried the online form and kept getting an automated rejection email *** THIS IS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE ***

The request could not be completed, the following reason is given for the rejection:

Validation Exception: Sorry, the information provided for our security checks is incorrect. Please check and resubmit your request.

Then I managed to get through to someone on Thurs 9th Dec, gave them all the info (old number, pac code etc) said it would be done by yesterday at 6pm. However it didn't so left it until this morning and number still hasn't transferred. Tried contacting 202 however I select the options then just end up getting disconnected from the automated machine. Bit frustrating...
