Transferred number

I recently moved from pay as you go, to a sim only deal, however when I text someone my temporary number is still showing, but if anyone calls my original number my phone rings, was told the switch from temporary number to original number being transferred over would be 24 hours..its been 7 days now.

Have you tried switching your phone off and back on again? Or take the SIM out and insert again?

Hi, yes, after I did that, my original number was available for calls but still didn't/doesn't show when I text someone, I'll try removing and replacing the sim again though, thank you.

tried it but it's still the same I'm afraid, I have noticed that when I go into my settings and click on my profile, the temporary number is listed there as my only number?

@Jay141 You need to edit the temp number to your actual number.
