Hi

Requested yesterday to move my phone number from my ex-partner’s account to my own O2 account. All submitted and fine (completed over the phone with O2).

Now I have no signal on either my old SIM or my new one. I’ve restarted my handset numerous times and still no avail.

Does it make any difference that I’ve come from an eSIM to a normal SIM card?

You need to contact O2, If you can borrow a phone you can call on 0344 809 0202

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Or call 0800 032 1402 via Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype
