I came over to O2 from Tesco last Friday and a new telephone number arrived Saturday morning. The number was to be reverted to my original Tesco number today. I have downloaded the e sim but the phone still is not responding thro'O2 though of course the web is still connected. I am on emergency call from 6.30pm delivering blood and am now getting very concerned there will be no way of being contacted. Any suggestions please?

I assume you have rebooted your phone?
Also remove any physical sim cards to allow the esim to kick in first.
