Is there any way available to submit my PAC code and start processing transfer my number from 3 to o2?

The thing looks like I don't have no password set up with customer service and can't also go with forget my password cause my first bill is on 29th April...

You'll need to call customer service and give them your PAC.

Your PAC is only valid for 30 days, so do it before it expires.
