Hi,

I have got a PAYG O2 Account and wanted to upgrade to Pay Monthly, which I did but realised it is set me up with a New O2 Number. So I have 2 numbers on my account now which I didn't want. I want my PAYG number to be transferred to Pay Monthly.

Also, I presume I will be sent a new sim card for my Pay Monthly? but it's been 5 days and as of yet, I haven't received it. So not sure if I will be sent one or not.

If I will be sent a new Sim Card do I need to wait till I have it so I can get the numbers transferred from my PAYG to my Pay Monthly?

Appreciate it if someone could please get back to me from O2 Support

Thanks

@Hardip

You'll need to call customer service and a new sim for contract.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes you will need a new sim and any credit will be transferred to your account

You need to call customer service but at this time of year it's possible the sim has been delayed with Royal Mail
