I'm trying to trace my new order online and I can't find option, can anyone help?

Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser and if that doesn't work you'll need to give them a ring.

Have a look in MyO2 at the top of this page, select your type of account then you should see "My orders" in the blue section on the left.

Thanks, I've been trying that but every time the page loads it tells me "application error try later" - 4 hours later I'm still trying!

Thanks, Think I'll have to try giving them a call and see how helpful (or not) they are as getting nowhere online

Nice bit of prejudice there.  Most customer service advisors are not deliberately unhelpful.

never ever order any accessory from o2 as you just never get it and all it ever says is 'in progress'. I would have been quicker to make the stupid thing
