I bought topup £15 it shows I have £5 left 10£ used for bolt I never choose this option. How can I go back to ordinary sim option use credits when I need it only.

You probably need the Simply PAYG tariff http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-and-go/simply-pay-as-you-go

It's the default tariff unless you change it.
