At this point I have spoken to everyone at customer services 😤
I paid off my contract and upgraded then my new phone was recalled from delay company (even tho my new tariff has started)
The phone is still on its way back to o2 and my account show I owe £1099 for the phones. What the heck am I meant to do
Just keep being told to wait
Been with o2 nearly 20 years and never been treated so badly

Unfortunately you have no choice but to wait for fraud to contact you which they won't do until the investigation is complete.

So just an update
I was wrongly told it could be suspected fraud… there is no fraud marker or anything on my account. There is no reason it has been recalled … o2 is now investigating the delivery company
