Three accounts on one app?

Hi,

I've just been swapped from Virgin and have three accounts - all set up on my 02.

I can see them fine on the web via a desktop.   The app however is only showing the first account.

I understand that the app is a bit basic and does not allow the account users to have individual access to see their usage, but I can't see the other "products" to manage them at all.

This means my son is unable to check his data useage.

Is there a way to do this? Like a family plan or something? Or am I better off attempting to get them separate accounts and just using my my bank details to pay monthly?

Thank you
L

@whonickedmyname

Usually if you tap the account at the top of the page in the app it will display all accounts associated with the login.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Nope.   And I've now lost the other numbers on the desktop too.

I've got to say - I'm not brilliantly impressed.   Does anyone know if the virgin swap has signed me up for 12 months with 02 or can I ditch and go elsewhere?

I CANNOT allow a child access to manage an account (including spending limits and adult content control) just to see their data and min allowance.

The app and account management are not fit for purpose.

You are bound by the same terms and conditions and minimum term you had direct with Virgin Media direct...  So any termination fees would still be due..

If out of contract you just need your PAC codes and off you go..

I wonder if this has fallen foul of the 360 switch and separated the accounts on the new platform, and the "freeze" means they cannot be merged again...
