The fraud continues with 02 on my account.

They told me to wait and things will be corrected. Today another device plan arrives on my account. This must be the 6th phone they’ve attached to my account. 

complain and nothing happens just chitchat.

 

where is the action! Looks like I’ll have to try the police bright and early tomorrow. 

who else has this happened too.

Have you changed the password on your account?

That's your responsibility, not O2's.

who else has access to your account?

You need to look at your own security if this is happening so many times.

According to 02 it’s their IT department that’s doing it and should rectify it. It’s within O2 and not external. My password is my responsibility and secure. They attached 5 to my original order and after raising the issue another one appeared. This is their IT Department doing it.
