Hello,

I have recently received a text message from an unrecognisable number, confirming that my new phone is ready and then a day later from o2 saying that I should keep my eye out for your new sim. I have definately not ordered either!

Any thoughts?

Cheers

@Ant658

This is potential account fraud.

You need to call customer service immediately Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Is there anything on your account - either the app or the website?
If yes, then you need to call customer services as someone may be using your details.
If no then it might just be someone entering the wrong number.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
