Hi, I'm a bit concerned by a text message I recieved supposedly from O2, saying that my latest bill couldn't be processed. I know now this is a scam, however I stupidly clicked the link, filled in my username and password but thankfully stopped myself from going any further. I have since changed my password on my O2 account. Is there any other precautions or steps I should take?

Thanks

Hi @84TSteps

If you didn't go further you should be ok. This is our usual advice

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here.

Block the number and do not follow any links.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.
