Hi, I'v received a text message from you today saying you have been unable to process my bill, yet I've checked - it's been paid and the money has left my account. Please advise.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

The number they use changes regularly in an attempt to avoid detection.
