Text message from'O2' saying that there was a problem with my bill

Hi,

 

i got a text message from +447776966355 with the body of the message saying

 

O2: We were unable to process your latest bill.  In order to avoid fees, please update your payment information via: (link to somehwere which i wont put here)

 

Is this a scam?

 

I'm trying to get through on the phone but as yet been on hold for over an hour.......

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
