Having just exceeded my inclusive minutes (800) balance in the first 10 days of the month, I would like to suggest that O2 set up a texting service to let customers know the number of minutes they have left, and in particular to text customers when they exceed their inclusive totals.
Erm....They do, you send a blank text to 21202 and it sends you the info back.
And sorry no I don't agree with your second part, contracts are given to over 18 year olds so accounts shouldn't have to be babysat because someone cannot be bothered to check their own remaining allowance, o2 give you enough methods to do this.
i cant access 21202 it just keeps saying sorry we cant show your balance. also o2 are charging other o2 customers when they phone or text my o2 phone why is this?
