Terrible customer support

Yesterday I ordered a sim only plan. I have my contract confirmation in my email but no order confirmation. It is not in my order history and I cannot get into contact with a real person. The chat bot directs me to the app but there is no chat option in the app and I can’t talk to a real person. Very infuriating.
