Hi , Sorry to hear the tariff you have changed to hasnt activated. Unfortunately we do not have access to accounts so if you contact customer service they will be able to sort this out for you.
You can contact them on 4445 from your o2 mobile phone or 0344 809 0222.

We were told yesterday, we can no longer use the 4005 number. It's been removed from the guide
Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support. Sad really but that's what we were told by the community managers.
