Tariff allowance discrepancies

Im in pay monthly, my second bill is due today. I've just checked and im supposed to get 600 minutes, unlimited textsand 750mb. But its saying that I don't have the minutes.

Your allowances start from midnight on the day the bill is generated, so maybe you'll see them tomorrow?
