Tariff Confusion?!

Hi, I am currently on o2 600 tariff with an allowance of 600 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited date at £35 per month. I am now due an upgrade but upon following the links provided I am unable to find the tariff available from 'Shop' drop menu. I would like to switch to 200 minutes, 500mb data and unlimited texts for £21.50 a month but I can't access this tariff through the 'my upgrades' link? Am I missing something obvious or are the better deals saved for new customers?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the site doesn't seem to allow me to access that tariff through my upgrade offers, also when that tariff is selected there are no phones available on it??

Hi, o2 have changed all of there tariffs as of start of April

You best idea will be to go into the Store and talk to a Advisor about it as they will be able to go through the new tariffs with you better
