I am being charged crazy amounts each moth for premium text 03330030581 code number 88222 can anyone advise me what to do and can I get my money back thanks

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers

Just to add

You need to contact Tap2Bill. If you phone, call during working hours, or you can email customer.service@tap2bill.com. Give them the number that was charged and they should be able to tell you who was actually responsible.

When you know who was responsible, you need to contact them to insist on a FULL refund
